Job summary

Ques Industries, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service professional to accurately enter and process customer orders in the ERP, ensuring timely delivery to production and shipping teams.

The role requires detail-orientation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should be proficient with Sage X3 Manufacturing Software, maintain customer databases, handle quotes, returns, and international paperwork while supporting daily tasks and freight coordination.

Qualifications

• Have a minimum of 510 years in a customer service role with manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Can effectively communicate, solve problems, and multitask
• Very strong mathematical and analytical skills are required
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and organizational skills are essential
• Must be a team player, wellorganized with good time management skills
• Highly motivated, goal oriented, positive attitude, ethical and challenge driven
• Maintain the ability to function successfully with minimal supervision
• Must have proficiency in all Microsoft Office products. Experience with manufacturing software is preferred

Responsibilities

• Use Sage X3 Manufacturing Software to process and prepare all shipping documents for sales orders
• Assist when necessary to maintain the database for new and existing customers, ship to points, item keys, BOMs, price tables, and bill of lading codes
• Answer calls and emails from customers related to taking orders, assisting with customer quotes, and servicing their needs or problems
• Assist with daily tasks including SDS, product labels, and freight duties
• Assist with truckload shipments, obtaining freight quotes and scheduling shipments and helping to resolve freight issues
• Process customer returns/credits
• Process and prepare paperwork for International shipments/Ocean (IMDG) Air (IATA)
• Reconcile month end customer owned inventory with plant personnel
