Job summary

USI is seeking a skilled RFP support specialist to assist the team leader with RFPs and manage the RFP database. You will craft high-quality responses, coordinate content production, and collaborate with sales and leadership to deliver winning proposals.

Strong writing, editing, design, and project management capabilities are essential. Knowledge of MS Office and content management tools is a plus. This role involves working with a broad client base in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate college degree is required.
• Minimum 4 years related work experience.
• Creative approach to business development and communication strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to write technical or creative prose. Writing samples required.
• Communication and project management skills with a customer service focus.
• Demonstrated ability to produce/design visually appealing and compelling presentation and proposal materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist RFP team leader in developing and producing high quality responses to RFPs or information requests.
• Produce graphic and technical content and coordinate with others involved.
• Collaborate with sales/account/leadership teams to manage projects effectively.
• Provide writing, editing, design, layout and production services for presentations and client materials.
• Manage development and use of regional RFP database.
• Facilitate brand training and assist with brand standards interpretation.
