Job summary

USI Insurance Services seeks a proactive Proposal Coordinator to support the RFP team in crafting creative, high-quality responses for municipal, commercial, and employee benefits proposals. You will help develop content, coordinate contributors, and maintain the regional RFP database.

You will work closely with sales and leadership to manage projects, deliver compelling presentations, and ensure brand standards across internal client communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years related work experience.
• Ability to write technical or creative prose; writing samples required.
• Strong communication and project management skills with a customer service focus.
• Experience producing presentation and proposal materials; samples required.

Responsibilities

• Assist RFP team leader in developing high-quality responses to RFPs and information requests.
• Produce graphic and technical content and coordinate with contributors.
• Collaborate with sales/account/leadership to manage projects effectively.
• Provide writing, editing, design, layout and production for client materials.
• Manage development and use of regional RFP database.
• Support brand training and ensure brand standards in materials.
• Organize and maintain marketing, brand and sales materials on intranet with Corporate Sales/Marketing.
• Manage associations and membership benefits to track ROI.
• Assist with other projects and programs as needed.
