Job summary

USI Insurance Services is seeking an experienced RFP specialist to assist the team leader with RFPs and manage the RFP database. The role involves developing creative, high-quality responses for municipalities, commercial and employee benefits proposals.

You will produce graphic and technical content, coordinate with colleagues, manage the regional RFP database, and ensure brand standards are applied across client communications.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate college degree required.
• Minimum 4 years related work experience.
• Creative approach to business development and communication strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to write technical or creative prose; writing samples required.
• Strong communication and project management skills with a customer service focus.
• Ability to produce/design visually appealing proposal materials; samples required.
• Mature judgment and work ethic; comfortable with executives and sensitive materials.
• Experience with content management software a plus; MS Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Assist RFP team leader in developing and producing high-quality responses to RFPs or information requests.
• Produce graphic and technical content and coordinate with others involved.
• Collaborate with sales/account/leadership teams to manage projects effectively.
• Provide writing, editing, design, layout and production for client communications.
• Manage development and use of regional RFP database.
• Facilitate brand training and ensure brand standards in client materials.
• Organize marketing, brand and sales materials on the intranet with corporate teams.
• Assist with other projects and programs as necessary.
