USI, Inc. is seeking a role to assist the team leader with RFPs and to manage the RFP database. The position focuses on crafting high-quality responses for municipalities, commercial, and employee benefits proposals.

You will produce graphic and technical content, coordinate with colleagues, and collaborate with sales and leadership to ensure timely, compelling submissions. A undergraduate degree and 4+ years of experience are expected.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree required
• Minimum 4 years related work experience
• Creative approach to business development and comms
• Ability to write technical or creative prose; writing samples required
• Strong communication and project management with customer focus
• Ability to produce visually appealing proposal materials; samples required
• Mature judgment; comfortable with executives and sensitive materials
• Ability to handle organizational stress, ambiguity and change; CMS experience a plus
• Strong MS Office, document design, and related tools knowledge
• Design training possible within 6 months depending on support
• Professional appearance and presentation
• Knowledge of regional business community, investment or insurance industry a plus

Responsabilidades

• Assist RFP team leader in developing and producing high-quality responses to RFPs and RFIs
• Produce graphic and technical content and coordinate with team members
• Collaborate with sales, account, and leadership to manage projects
• Provide writing, editing, design, layout and production for internal materials
• Manage development and use of regional RFP database
• Support brand training and provide brand standards guidance
• Organize marketing, brand and sales materials on the intranet with USI Corporate team
• Manage associations and membership benefits to track ROI and engagements
• Assist with other projects and programs as needed
