Job summary

MYR Group is seeking a Proposal Specialist to support our Marketing and Business Development teams across the United States. You will develop high-quality pre-qualification submittals, proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral, collaborating with district offices, operations, and subject matter experts to ensure timely, compelling submissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferably in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign is preferred.
• Strong editing, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop proposals and SOQs for multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of proposals (RFPs) and SOQs with marketing, business development, and operations teams.
• Write, proofread, and edit proposal content including letters, overviews, resumes, project descriptions, graphics, and org charts.
• Lead team kickoff calls, develop outlines, compile components, gather SME input, ensure deadlines are met.
• Support proposal submittals and handle printing/production when required.
• Develop and update presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Archive information to maintain accuracy of internal databases.
