Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications or related field.
• 4+ years of project management experience or experience supporting RFPs/proposals.
• 2+ years of insurance experience, preferably in employee benefits.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to interpret requirements and produce accurate, customer-ready materials.
• Familiarity with proposal development tools, content libraries, or RFP management systems.
• Ability to work independently on routine to moderately complex projects with minimal oversight.
• Occasional extended hours may be needed during peak RFP cycles.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute multiple RFPs from intake through final submission.
• Collaborate with internal partners to gather information and ensure accuracy of proposal content.
• Develop clear, competitive, and compliant proposal materials aligned with solicitation requirements.
