Job summary

Cambium Assessment is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join the Bids and Proposals team. The role focuses on planning, coordinating and submitting high-quality proposals in response to state education RFPs. Occasional visits to Arlington, VA may be required.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in proposal work, with strong research, writing, and collaboration skills, plus expertise in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years proposal experience.
• Strong research, analysis and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify bids aligned with CAI's work using bid sites and systems.
• Develop proposal plans, schedules and compliance matrices.
• Coordinate with cross-business teams and pricing leads.
• Lead proposal team from kickoff to contract award.
• Supervise day-to-day proposal production activities.
• Plan corrective actions for delays and barriers.
• Assist with drafting proposal sections as appropriate.
• Review content for RFP compliance and quality.
• Oversee final proposal production and submission.
