Job summary

Panorama Education is seeking a Proposal Manager to join our Revenue team and shepherd the proposal process from start to finish. You will coordinate materials, collaborate on content, facilitate editing, and submit responses.

We respond to 50-60 RFPs annually and aim to increase this through scalable knowledge management and faster, higher-quality responses. You will work with cross-functional partners to craft compelling, accurate proposals, ensure timely compilation and submission, and

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience writing technical proposals and managing end-to-end RFP processes.
• Strong writing ability and love for writing, especially technical writing.
• Excellent collaboration and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate key information quickly at headline and detail level.
• Detail-oriented with proofreading and copyediting skills.
• Ability to write persuasively about technical and business products/services.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
• Able to work on multiple proposals simultaneously.
• Passion for making an impact in education.

Responsibilities

• Co-own content-writing and knowledge management for Panorama responses to RFPs with the RFP team.
• Manage complex projects with tight timelines and multiple stakeholders.
• Analyze incoming RFPs, RFQs, RFIs to determine products, effort, teams, and requirements.
• Partner cross-functionally with Client Success, Engineering, Operations, Product, and Research to craft responses.
• Ensure proposals are compiled, submitted, and shipped on time according to specs.
• Coordinate RFP follow-up and prep for presentations to districts and state agencies.
• Develop scalable processes and a knowledge management system for faster responses.
• Support Outreach with content development for sales collateral as needed.
• Manage completion of compliance forms and vendor questionnaires.
