Long Wave, Inc. is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to drive end-to-end RFP processes from kickoff to submission. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure compliant, high-quality bids, and maintain a content library for efficient response development.

The role emphasizes collaboration with sales and SMEs, strict deadline management, and accurate documentation in CRM. Remote work is supported, with a focus on timely, win-focused proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
• 2–5 years in proposal coordination, bid management, or inside sales in a relevant industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end RFP process from receipt to submission with strict deadlines.
• Lead kickoff meetings with technical and commercial teams to define requirements and tasks.
• Review, edit, and format proposals reflecting client scope and win strategy.
• Ensure compliance with RFP/RFI guidelines and internal formatting standards.
• Maintain and organize content library with boilerplates, past profiles, and templates.
• Liaise between field sales, SMEs, and leadership; track pipelines in CRM.
• Assist in drafting commercial documents and reviewing pricing sheets.
• Facilitate handover from sales to account management or project delivery.
