Moog Space Division is seeking a Proposal Process Manager to lead end-to-end proposal activities onsite in Buffalo, NY. You will coordinate a cross-functional team, manage schedules, and ensure high-quality, compliant proposals are delivered on time while supporting CRM and content management.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Engineering or Business, 3+ years in proposal or program management, and the ability to obtain a US DoD security clearance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in proposal process management or program management.
• Experience using CRM tools to track opportunities, proposal process, and bookings forecasting.

Aufgaben

• Manage the proposal lifecycle from intake to post-submission debriefs.
• Coordinate cross-functional proposal execution teams (BD, Eng, Contracts, PM, Cost & Pricing, Ops).
• Create and manage proposal schedules, assign tasks, track milestones, and deliver on time.
• Coordinate Legal, Contract and Compliance reviews.
• Maintain proposal archives and content library; build templates and boilerplates.
• Assist in CRM maintenance and proposal automation improvements.
