Job summary

Moog Space Division seeks a Sales and Proposal Manager to be onsite in the Buffalo area (East Aurora/Niagara Falls). You will lead the end‑to‑end process of responding to RFIs/RFPs, drive timely submissions, manage budgets, and coordinate cross‑functional teams including legal and pricing.

Requirements include a BS in Engineering or Business, 5+ years in sales/proposal/PM, CRM experience, and ability to obtain US DoD clearance, with 5–10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business required.
• 5+ years in sales, proposal management, engineering, or program management.
• Experience as a lead customer interface and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience using CRM tools to track interactions and forecasts.
• Strong program/project management experience.
• Ability to obtain a US DoD clearance and access ITAR.
• Ability to travel 5–10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end proposal lifecycle from intake to submission.
• Manage proposal budgets, status tracking, and archives/metrics.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams: BD, SMEs, cost/pricing, legal, finance.
• Ensure compliance and quality with legal and contract reviews.
• Develop proposal content, templates, and past performance references.
• Improve processes, tooling, and content management for efficiency.
• Input timely data into CRM and support strategic planning.
