Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking a Proposal Process Manager to lead end-to-end proposal efforts in the Buffalo, NY area. You will coordinate diverse teams to deliver high-quality, timely responses to RFIs and RFPs, ensuring compliant and compelling proposals that support Moog’s growth in the Space Division.

You will manage schedules, templates, and content libraries while collaborating with Legal, Contracts, and Compliance to enable efficient submissions and post‑submittal learnings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Engineering or Business.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in proposal process management or program management.
• Experience using CRM tools to track opportunities, proposal process, and bookings forecasting.
• Communication and collaboration skills for both internal and external customers.
• Ability to manage through influence without direct line reporting in a fast-paced growth environment.
• Experience in the space industry is a plus.
• Ability to obtain a US DoD security clearance.
• Ability to access US export-controlled information (ITAR).

Responsibilities

• Manage the proposal lifecycle from intake to post-submission debriefs.
• Coordinate cross-functional proposal execution teams.
• Create and manage proposal response schedules with milestones.
• Coordinate Legal, Contract and Compliance reviews.
• Track status and maintain proposal archives.
• Promote customer relationships to fuel growth with key customers.
• Provide inputs into CRM for accuracy.
• Maintain content libraries, templates, and past-performance references.
• Optimize proposal tools and processes, including automation and version control.
• Assist in Division CRM maintenance activities.
