Job summary

Arrowhead Corp in Chandler, Arizona is seeking an RFID Sales & Business Development Manager to own the full sales cycle on-site. You will connect operational problems with RFID solutions, building a business around them and coordinating with engineering and deployment teams.

You will develop new opportunities, lead discovery, and sell end-to-end solutions including software, hardware, and services. A track record in enterprise tech and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the sales process from discovery to close.
• Develop new RFID opportunities through outreach and channels.
• Lead discovery conversations with stakeholders to define success.
• Sell software, hardware, and services as integrated solutions.
• Coordinate demos, site surveys, and pilots with the tech team.
• Develop proposals with scope and terms; build strategic relationships.
• Maintain CRM records and forecast through to closure.
• Provide market feedback for product and service planning.
