Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a seasoned Technical Sales Manager for the Walmart Enterprise focused on RFID deployments. Based in Bentonville, AR with on-site/hybrid flexibility, you will lead technical pre-sales, drive end-to-end engagements, and translate customer needs into scalable RFID solutions.

You will partner with SAM to accelerate adoption across Walmart and supplier networks, quantify business value, and influence product roadmaps while ensuring system integration meets high standards.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in technical pre-sales, technical account management, or solution engineering for RFID/IoT.
• Deep expertise in UHF RFID, sensors, ARC testing, tag placement, and data integration.
• Experience in paired sales models with the commercial team and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of large-scale retail supply chains and Walmart/Sam's Club context.

Responsibilities

• On-site/hybrid status: On-site/hybrid model based in Bentonville, AR.
• Educate Walmart and supplier teams on RFID capabilities and perform deep-dive discovery.
• Co-develop enterprise account strategies with the SAM and lead technical sales engagements.
• Create PoC frameworks and business cases demonstrating ROI.
• Act as feedback loop between customer operations and internal teams to influence roadmaps.
• Ensure ecosystem alignment with converters, vendors, and integrators for deployment readiness.
