Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Strong RF/microwave design knowledge with focus on power amplifiers.
• Experience with CAD tools like Mentor Xpedition or ADS layout.
• Experience with RF/Microwave simulation tools: ADS, ANSYS, HFSS, Microwave Office.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF/microwave circuits and power amplifiers from concept to production: RF component definition and specification.
• Implement various RF amplifier classes and architectures, matching networks and design techniques.
• Test and troubleshoot RF components and amplifiers to meet specifications.
• Perform simulations and analyses using ADS, ANSYS, Microwave Office, and HFSS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PA on final RF radios.
