Job summary

Nokia Federal Solutions Inc. in Chantilly, VA seeks an RF Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to design, develop, and integrate RF systems for advanced wireless products.

You will contribute to RF architecture, circuit design, simulation, hardware development, and testing throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with RF circuit design and simulation, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of RF engineering or related hardware development.
• Experience with RF circuit design and wireless systems.
• Familiarity with RF transceiver front‑end architectures.
• Experience with RF simulation and analysis tools.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF transceiver circuits for wireless products.
• Support RF front‑end architectures and RF components.
• Develop RF link budgets and performance assessments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across hardware and systems.
• Own RF subsystem activities from design to validation.
