Nokia Federal Solutions Inc. is seeking an RF Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to design, develop, and integrate RF systems for advanced wireless products.

The role involves owning RF subsystem activities from design through prototype and validation, with collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate has hands-on RF circuit design and simulation experience and will work with Keysight ADS, AWR Microwave Office, HFSS, and CST Microwave Studio to drive RF architecture,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of RF engineering or related hardware development experience.
• Experience with RF circuit design and wireless communication systems.
• Familiarity with RF transceiver and front-end architectures.
• Experience with RF simulation and analysis tools.
• Understanding of RF PCB layout and signal integrity.
• Experience with prototype development, board bring-up, and hardware testing.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF transceiver circuits for wireless products.
• Support RF front-end architectures including power amplifiers, LNAs, mixers, and synthesizers.
• Develop RF link budgets and evaluate overall system performance.
• Review RF PCB layouts for controlled impedance and signal integrity.
• Develop and execute RF test strategies and validation plans.
