Job summary

Nokia Federal Solutions Inc. is seeking an RF Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to design, develop, and integrate RF systems for advanced wireless products. You will own RF subsystem activities and work with hardware, software, and mechanical teams to bring designs from prototype to validation.

The role requires hands-on RF circuit design, simulation, and familiarity with RF PCB layouts, testing, and design trade studies. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of RF engineering or related hardware development experience.
• Experience with RF circuit design and wireless communication systems.
• Familiarity with RF transceiver/front‑end architectures and RF PCB layout.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF transceiver circuits for wireless products.
• Develop RF front‑end architectures including PAs, LNAs, mixers, synthesizers.
• Create RF link budgets and evaluate system performance.
• Support RF components selection and design trade studies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement RF solutions.
