You’ll work on everything from antennas and amplifiers to filters, couplers, and transceivers—supporting microwave, DAS, LMR, and PTP/PMP applications. Every day, you’ll get to collaborate with talented engineers, solve complex RF challenges, and see your designs come to life in the field.

We’re looking for someone who’s technically sharp, creative, and ready to make an impact. If you thrive on solving tough problems and love blending theory with real‑world application, this is the place for you.

What You’ll Do:
  • Design and test high-frequency RF and microwave systems
  • Collaborate across teams to integrate RF subsystems into full network solutions
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and innovate new approaches to performance and efficiency
What You’ll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
  • 3+ years of RF/microwave design and testing experience
  • Strong knowledge of propagation, impedance matching, and RF measurement tools

Bonus points if you’ve worked with LTE/5G, Wi‑Fi, microwave, or DAS systems—or with hardware from Nokia, Motorola, Cambium, or Commscope.

Join us and help build the networks that keep the world connected.
