Job summary

Nokia is seeking a hardware engineer focused on RF circuit design and unit integration within our mobile infrastructure team. You will contribute to Nokia's 3GPP mainstream radio technology products with emphasis on RF circuits and signal processing.

The role involves design, simulation, testing, and documentation, with opportunities to collaborate across teams and with subcontractors. Travel internationally is expected, and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge in RF circuit design and signal processing techniques.
• Experience with RF simulation tools and analytical modeling.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and test RF circuits as part of the TRX design team (transmitters, receivers, PA, RF synths, antennas, power supplies).
• Develop signal processing algorithms, digital pre-distortion and passive intermodulation cancellation techniques.
• Engage in circuit simulation, prototyping, and testing; produce clear technical documentation and reports.
• Participate in design reviews and information exchange sessions; collaborate with subcontractors and other engineers.
