You will act as a technical authority for RF architecture, guiding concepts from prototype through product integration.

The role requires 10+ years in RF engineering, deep transceiver/front-end experience, and mentorship of junior engineers. Collaboration across hardware, software, and systems teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional RF engineering and hardware development experience.
• Strong experience with RF transceivers and front-end design.
• Experience with RF simulation, analysis, and design tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF transceiver circuits for advanced wireless products.
• Develop RF front-end architectures with PAs, LNAs, mixers, synthesizers, and antennas.
• Define RF link budgets and system-level performance requirements.
• Lead component selection, technology evaluations, and design tradeoff studies.
• Develop RF test strategies and validation plans.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, mechanical, and systems teams.
