Responsibilities

• Test Development: define testing methodologies and create test programs for ICs.
• Test Execution: perform functional testing and characterization using test stations and instruments.
• Data Analysis: analyze results, identify trends, and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Debugging: investigate failures and collaborate with design/process teams to resolve root causes.
• Continuous Improvement: implement process improvements to testing efficiency and accuracy.
• Documentation: maintain procedures, results, troubleshooting, and corrective actions.
