Job summary

Actalent in San Diego, CA is seeking an RF Lab Technician for hands-on testing and characterization of RF chips. You will run predefined test plans, collect data from RF test equipment, and help validate results across stress and performance conditions.

Collaborating with IC designers and test engineers, you’ll ensure data integrity, maintain calibration schedules, and keep lab equipment in top condition to support the IC development lifecycle from test through validation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (2-year minimum) in a technical field.
• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline preferred.
• Experience in RF/touchstone characterization and lab equipment handling.

Responsibilities

• Execute predefined test plans under varying stress and conditions.
• Collect and document RF/multi‑instrument measurements with accuracy.
• Validate data, flag anomalies, and communicate findings to engineers.
