Responsabilités

• Lead microcircuit test development from early prototypes to production.
• Influence RF/microwave/mmWave designs for manufacturability and high yields.
• Support prototype development and evaluate performance and reliability.
• Design, develop, and transfer mmWave test processes to production.
• Troubleshoot complex analog/RF issues using lab instruments and schematics.
• Develop test methods to reduce uncertainty and improve throughput.
• Collaborate with R&D across project phases to apply DFx principles.
