Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with RF/microwave focus.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of analog, RF, and microwave circuits.
• Ability to interpret schematics and root causes of failures.
• Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead microcircuit test development from prototype to pilot and production.
• Influence RF/microwave designs for manufacturability and yield.
• Evaluate prototype performance and verify against specs.
• Design and transfer mmWave test processes into production.
• Troubleshoot complex analog/RF issues using lab instruments.
• Develop test methods to reduce measurement uncertainty and improve throughput.
• Collaborate across electrical, mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams.
