Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Santa Rosa, CA invites a Summer Intern in IC Test Engineering to contribute to the development, characterization, and validation of MMICs, RF ICs, and subsystems that enable next‑generation electronic measurement solutions. You will work with state‑of‑the‑art RF, microwave, and millimeter‑wave test equipment.

You'll collaborate with experienced IC test engineers, develop tests and automation, analyze data, and present findings to teams.

Qualifications

Pursuing MS or PhD in EE or Physics or related field.
Hands-on lab experience with electrical measurements and instrumentation.
Programming in Python, MATLAB, or C/C++ or similar.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary R&D environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute RF, microwave, millimeter-wave, and DC characterization tests for MMICs, RFICs, and devices.
Support design validation activities for ICs and subsystem technologies.
Develop software tools and automated test solutions to improve measurement efficiency.
Analyze measurement data and prepare technical reports and presentations.
Present project results and conclusions to engineering teams.
