Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Santa Rosa, CA, seeks a Summer IC Test Engineering Intern to contribute to development, characterization, and validation of MMICs, RFICs, and subsystems. You will gain hands-on experience with RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave measurement technologies.

Work with IC test engineers, develop automated test scripts, analyze data, and present findings. Candidates should be pursuing an MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering with Python/MATLAB/C/C++ skills and lab experience.

Qualifications

Pursuing a MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
Academic focus in RF/microwave, millimeter-wave systems, or analog/mixed-signal IC design.
Hands-on lab experience with electrical measurements and instrumentation.
Programming experience in Python, MATLAB, C/C++ or similar.

Responsibilities

Develop RF, microwave, millimeter-wave, and DC characterization tests for MMICs and RFICs.
Support design validation activities for ICs and subsystem technologies.
Develop software tools and automated test solutions to improve measurement efficiency.
Analyze measurement data and prepare technical reports and presentations.
Collaborate with IC test engineers to verify circuit performance against specs.
