Job summary

RTX’s Advanced Microelectronics Solutions Department in Andover, MA seeks a capable engineer to join the AMSD test team. You will perform RF/microwave measurements, assemble test systems, and analyze data to support defense applications.

The role emphasizes hands-on measurement work, software control of equipment, and collaboration with the engineering team. A Master’s degree in EE or related STEM and RF expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.
• Experience or coursework in RF/microwave, analog/digital electronics, or electromagnetics.
• Lab experience with RF/microwave measurements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform RF/microwave/millimeter-wave measurements on GaAs and GaN devices, modules and MMICs.
• Assemble RF/microwave/millimeter-wave test systems.
• Use software to control test equipment and plot results.
• Collaborate with engineers to advance AMSD projects.
