RTX seeks an RF/Microwave Engineer in Massachusetts to design, test, and manufacture advanced semiconductor devices and MMICs for defense applications. You will work on radar and sensing programs, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams through all stages of integration and hardware verification.

The role emphasizes hands-on measurements, device characterization, and software-powered test automation using Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW, and Keysight tools. Onsite in TEWKSBURY, MA.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field with degree by start date.
Coursework in RF circuits, microwave, electromagnetics, antennas, radar, or related areas.

Aufgaben

Perform fixtured and on-wafer probe measurements of RF/microwave hardware.
Design, simulate, and analyze RF/microwave components and MMICs.
Execute integration and testing for digital, analog, and RF assemblies.
Use measurement software to control instruments and capture data.
Characterize devices with VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and PNAs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production.
