Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.
• Experience coursework in RF/microwave, Analog, Digital Electronics or related areas.
• Lab experience with RF/microwave measurements is preferred.
• Familiarity with Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB, ADS, HFSS, Cadence, CST or related tools.

Aufgaben

• Perform RF/microwave/millimeter-wave measurements on GaAs and GaN devices, modules and MMICs.
• Perform fixtured and on-wafer probe measurements.
• Assemble RF/microwave/millimeter-wave test systems.
• Use software to control test equipment and plot test results.
