Job summary

RTX, located in Andover, MA, is seeking a college graduate to join our Advanced Microelectronics Solutions Department (AMSD) engineering test teams. The role involves RF/microwave measurements on GaAs/GaN devices, module testing, and MMICs, with hands-on assembly of test systems.

You will gain experience with PNAs/VNAs, probe stations, and software tools like LabVIEW, Python, and Keysight ADS to control equipment and analyze results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM major.
• Experience/coursework in RF/microwave, Analog/Digital Electronics, Circuit Design or Analysis, Electrical Components, Electromagnetics.

Responsibilities

• Perform RF/microwave/millimeter-wave measurements on GaAs and GaN devices, modules and MMICs.
• Perform fixtured and on-wafer probe measurements.
• Assemble RF/microwave/millimeter-wave test systems.
• Use software to control test equipment and plot test results.
