Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a college graduate to join the AMSD engineering test teams in Andover, MA. You will perform RF/microwave measurements on GaAs/GaN devices, assemble test systems, and use LabVIEW, Python and ADS to control equipment and analyze results.

Strong coursework in RF/microwave topics and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering are required. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD clearance are mandatory, with onsite work at the Andover campus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.
• Experience or coursework in RF/microwave, analog/digital electronics, circuit design or electromagnetics.

Responsibilities

• Perform RF/microwave/millimeter-wave measurements on GaAs and GaN devices, modules, MMICs.
• Assemble RF test systems and fixtured devices for testing.
• Use LabVIEW, Python and ADS to control test equipment and plot results.
