Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a highly skilled RF/Microwave Engineer in Marlborough, MA, to design, develop, test, and manufacture advanced compound semiconductor devices, MMICs, and phased array hardware for defense applications.

You will support premier radar and sensing programs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams through all integration and verification stages. A Master’s in EE or related STEM is required, and U.S. citizenship for security clearance is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or related STEM.

Responsibilities

• Join RF/MicrowaveEngineering team to design, develop, test and manufacture RF/MMICs and phased array hardware.
• Support radar and sensing programs including Global Patriot Solutions and Early Warning Systems.
• Perform fixtured and on-wafer probe measurements, characterization, and assembly of RF/microwave test setups.
• Design, simulate and analyze RF/microwave components and modules.
• Execute integration and testing for digital, analog, and RF assemblies.
• Utilize Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW to control measurement systems and analyze data.
• Collaborate with systems, QA, reliability, and manufacturing to optimize production workflows.
