Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an RF/Microwave Engineering professional to design, test and manufacture advanced semiconductor devices, MMICs, and phased array hardware for defense applications. You will collaborate across disciplines on radar and sensing programs, including verification and test of complex assemblies.

The role emphasizes hands-on measurements, software tooling (Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW), and close cooperation with systems, quality, reliability, and manufacturing teams to deliver robust

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.
• Coursework in RF circuit design, microwave engineering, electromagnetics or radar.
• Experience in RF/microwave design and measurement with network/spectrum analyzers.
• Experience with antennas, radar systems, or electromagnetic simulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave measurements using VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and test setups.
• Design, simulate, and analyze RF components, MMICs, and phased array hardware.
• Integrate and test digital, analog, and RF assemblies at subsystem and system levels.
• Use Python, MATLAB, and LabVIEW to control test systems and analyze results.
• Characterize devices with VNAs, RSAs, PNAs, and other lab equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize test solutions and production workflows.
