Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an RF/Microwave engineer to design, test, and manufacture advanced semiconductor devices, MMICs, and phased-array hardware for defense applications. You will collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams and work on premier radar and sensing programs, contributing to mission-critical technologies and hardware verification.

The role requires a BS in a STEM field and hands-on RF/microwave experience, with access to cutting-edge test equipment and software such as Python, MATLAB,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or related STEM field by start date.
• Coursework in RF/Circuit Design, Microwave, Antenna Engineering, or Radar.
• Experience in RF/microwave design, measurement, or antennas.

Responsibilities

• Perform fixtured and on-wafer measurements of RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave test setups.
• Design, simulate, and analyze RF/microwave components, MMICs, and phased array module hardware.
• Execute integration and testing for digital, analog, and RF assemblies.
• Utilize Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW to control measurements, capture data, and evaluate results.
• Collaborate with systems, QA, reliability and manufacturing to optimize test solutions.
