Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced RF/Microwave Engineer to join our team in the US (MA Marlborough area). You will design, develop, test, and manufacture cutting-edge compound semiconductor devices, MMICs, and phased array modules for defense applications.

You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, perform measurements with VNAs and spectrum analyzers, and apply Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW for data analysis and validation. A DoD security clearance is required prior to start date.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or STEM field by start date.
• coursework in RF circuits, microwave design, electromagnetics or radar engineering.
• Experience with RF/microwave design, testing, or antenna systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform RF/microwave measurements and characterization with VNAs and spectrum analyzers.
• Design, simulate, and analyze RF components and MMICs.
• Support integration and testing for digital, analog, and RF assemblies.
• Collaborate with systems, QA, reliability, and manufacturing teams.
