Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an RF/Microwave Engineer to design, develop, integrate, test, and support the manufacture of advanced RF and microwave hardware for radar and sensing applications. You will work on CCAs, modules, antennas, MMICs, and phased-array hardware across the full hardware lifecycle.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and hands-on RF design/measurement experience, with the potential to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and participate in program reviews.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or related STEM field, obtained by start date.
Experience in RF/Microwave design and measurement using network/spectrum analyzers.
Experience with antennas, electromagnetics, radar design, or related simulations.
Experience with lab environments, test benches, and RF hardware characterization.

Responsibilities

Design, simulate, and analyze RF/microwave components, MMICs, CCAs, and phased array hardware.
Assemble, test, and characterize RF/microwave hardware and devices.
Perform integration and testing for digital, analog, and RF assemblies.
Utilize test instrumentation and software (Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW) to control measurement systems and analyze data.
Characterize hardware using VNAs, spectrum/SFn analyzers, phase noise analyzers, and PNAs.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and participate in design reviews.
