Job summary

Raytheon Technologies seeks an RF/microwave engineer to design, test and manufacture advanced semiconductor devices, MMICs, and phased array modules for defense programs. You will collaborate across disciplines from concept to verification.

You will work on premier radar and sensing programs, using VNAs, spectrum analyzers, MATLAB, Python and LabVIEW to analyze data, validate designs, and support robust test solutions and optimized production workflows.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or related STEM field.
• Experience in RF/microwave design, measurement, or antenna systems.
• Knowledge of radar architecture and signal processing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and test RF/microwave components and MMICs.
• Perform measurements using VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and PNAs.
• Develop robust test solutions and optimize production workflows.
• Collaborate with systems, QA, reliability, and manufacturing teams.
• Support hardware verification across all integration stages.
