Job summary

Raytheon Technologies seeks an RF/Microwave Engineer to design, test, and manufacture advanced semiconductor devices, MMICs, and phased-array hardware for defense applications. You will collaborate across disciplines on radar and sensing programs, from concept through hardware verification, applying rigorous measurement and modeling techniques.

You will use VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and lab software (Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW) to drive characterization, validation, and production-ready test

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or STEM; degree by start date.
• Coursework in RF design, microwave circuits, or radar-related topics.
• Experience in RF/microwave design, antennas, or radar/processing.

Responsibilities

• Perform fixtured and on-wafer probe measurements of RF/microwave test setups.
• Design, simulate, and analyze RF/microwave components and MMICs.
• Execute integration and testing for digital, analog, and RF assemblies.
• Use Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW to control test systems and analyze data.
• Characterize devices with VNAs, spectrum analyzers, PNAs.
• Collaborate with systems, QA, reliability, manufacturing to optimize production.
