Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a RF/Microwave Engineer to design, develop, integrate, test, and support advanced RF hardware for radar and sensing applications. You will work across RF CCAs, antennas, MMICs, and phased-array modules throughout the hardware lifecycle, collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams.

Deep involvement in design reviews and test campaigns, with opportunities to use automated instruments and software for data capture and analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.
• Courses in RF Circuit Design, Microwave Circuits, Electromagnetics, Antenna Engineering, Microwave Measurements.
• Experience in RF/microwave design and measurement with VNAs or spectrum analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and analyze RF/microwave components, CCAs, and phased array module hardware.
• Assemble, test, and characterize RF and microwave hardware and devices.
• Perform integration and testing for digital, analog, and RF assemblies.
