Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in STEM with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Advanced Degree with 6+ years of related work experience.
• Experience designing, analyzing, and/or leading RF mechanical products through product life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design activities involving RF hardware.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and harness team strengths.
• Conduct trade studies and develop forward plans to meet cost, schedule, and performance targets.
• Regularly convey task status and influence strategic plans across teams and leadership.
