RTX's The Effector RF Design Department in Tucson, AZ seeks an entry-level Mechanical Engineer to join a multi-disciplinary team, developing RF systems including antennas, radomes, and test equipment. This onsite role requires a STEM degree and the ability to obtain interim U.S.

clearance. Responsibilities include creating 3D CAD models, prototype hardware development, integration and test support, and participating in design reviews.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s in STEM and 2+ years of relevant RF/mechanical design experience.
• Experience packaging RF products (antennas, radomes, CCA) throughout product life cycle.
• Ability to obtain interim U.S. security clearance before start.

Mansioni

• Collaborate in a multi-discipline team to solve engineering problems.
• Create 3D CAD models and drawings for RF product designs.
• Develop prototype hardware designs and coordinate fabrication.
• Perform hands-on integration and test support for prototype hardware.
