RTX in the United States is seeking an on-site RF design engineer for the Effector RF Design Department in Tucson, AZ. You will design transmitters, receivers or exciters and work on CCAs with RF or mixed signals in a lab environment.

The role requires a STEM degree with 2+ years of RF experience, ability to obtain interim DoD clearance, and proficiency with RF design tools such as Mentor, HFSS, SystemVue/Genesys and ADS. Expect collaboration across power, digital, and mechanical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and at least 2 years of relevant RF experience.
• Experience with RF design, fabrication, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with RF product simulation tools.
• Ability to obtain interim U.S. government security clearance prior to start.
