RTX seeks an experienced RF design engineer for on-site work in Tucson, AZ. You will design transmitters, receivers and exciters, create RF CCAs, and verify modules in a lab environment while handling sensitive hardware. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet stringent program requirements.

The role requires a STEM degree and 10+ years of RF experience, plus proficiency with HFSS, ADS, SystemVue/Genesys, and Mentor DX Designer. A security clearance is required for this position.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM required.
• 10+ years of RF design, test, and modelling experience.
• Experience with RF simulation tools (HFSS, ADS, SystemVue/Genesys).
• Ability to obtain interim clearance with potential for access.
• Experience with Mentor DX Designer.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop transmitters, receivers or exciters.
• Design CCAs with RF or mixed signals.
• Perform lab characterization and module verification.
• Test and handle sensitive RF hardware.
• Schematic capture and RF routing.
• Collaborate with power, digital, and mechanical teams.
