Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking a Director of RevOps Strategy & Operations to partner with revenue leadership and translate company objectives into scalable processes. You will oversee the revenue operating cadence and drive end-to-end GTM planning with Finance, Sales, and HR.

In this role, you will design segmentation, coverage, and headcount models; establish equitable quota methodologies; and manage territory and quota changes in-year, shaping the company’s revenue growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related field, with 4+ years leading teams in SaaS.
• Strong experience with revenue planning, forecasting, pipeline management, territory design, quota setting, and performance management.
• Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS revenue lifecycle and experience managing CRM ecosystems, with Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run the GTM planning cycle end to end with Finance, Sales leadership, and HR, owning the bottom-up capacity and pipeline model.
• Design segmentation, coverage, and headcount models across New Business, Growth, Renewals, MSP, Channel, and Public Sector.
• Establish equitable quota methodology, allocate quotas, design territories, and manage in-year territory and quota changes.
