Keeper Security is seeking an experienced Director of RevOps Strategy & Operations to lead revenue operations strategy, optimize processes, and enable scalable growth. This role partners with revenue leadership to translate objectives into actionable plans, with oversight of forecasting, reporting, and performance management.

The ideal candidate brings strong business judgment, analytics, and cross-functional influence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Revenue Operations or related fields.
• 4+ years leading RevOps/Sales Ops teams in SaaS/tech.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into scalable processes and measurable outcomes.
• Experience with CRM and revenue tech ecosystems; Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GTM planning with Finance, Sales, and HR.
• Design segmentation, quotas, and territories across channels.
• Own compensation plan design and scenario modeling.
• Run weekly pipeline cadence and prepare executive materials.
• Develop strategic account plans from install-base data.
• Partner with Enablement to build deal strategy playbooks.
• Hire and develop Planning and Field Operations teams.
