Order.co is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to build and lead the operating system behind our go-to-market organization. This executive role unites Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance around a single revenue plan, reliable data, and scalable processes.

You will partner with the CRO, CFO, and GTM leaders to translate goals into an integrated revenue plan, establish KPIs, drive forecasting, and deliver dashboards that turn data into actions while guiding a high-impact RevOps

Competenze

• 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or related fields.
• Experience leading senior leadership teams.
• Experience scaling a B2B SaaS or recurring-revenue business.
• Proven ownership of revenue planning, forecasting, analytics, and GTM operations.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.
