Job summary

Keeper Security, Inc. is seeking an experienced Director, RevOps Strategy & Operations to lead revenue operations strategy and drive operational excellence.

This remote role reports to the VP, Revenue Operations and partners with revenue leadership to translate objectives into scalable processes and measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong business judgment, analytical rigor, and cross-functional influence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or related field
• 4+ years leading revenue or sales operations teams in SaaS/tech
• Proven track record developing revenue strategies for growth and efficiency
• Strong experience in revenue planning, forecasting, pipeline management, territory design, quota setting, and performance management
• Ability to build executive dashboards and translate data into actionable plans
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS revenue lifecycle across marketing, sales, customer success, renewals, and expansion
• Experience managing and optimizing CRM and revenue tech ecosystems; Salesforce experience preferred
• Strong financial acumen and partnering with Finance on modeling, planning, compensation, and forecasting
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management; capable of influencing senior leaders
• Strong project management with ability to manage multiple initiatives
• Detail-oriented and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in cybersecurity or identity/access management or selling to Public Sector (SLED/Federal) preferred

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GTM planning cycle with Finance, Sales, and HR
• Design segmentation, coverage, and headcount models across multiple domains
• Establish equitable quota methodology and design territories by opportunity
• Manage in-year territory and quota changes for hires/transfers
• Lead compensation plan design with Finance and HR
• Size new segments using TAM, whitespace, and install-base data including partners and MSPs
• Collaborate with Pricing on revenue impact models
• Run weekly pipeline council and forecast cadence; prepare QBR materials
• Own key KPIs like bookings vs plan, ramped reps, retention, and large-deal volume
• Improve sales process quality across routing, account assignment, and CRM standards
• Turn install-base data into strategic account plans and upsell opportunities
• Build deal strategy frameworks and playbooks with Enablement
• Hire, develop, and lead Planning and Field Operations teams
• Partner with Rev Systems & Tools to maximize GTM tool value and AI automation
• Identify where AI agents can replace manual work
• Lead cross-functional projects from problem definition to measurable impact
