Job summary

OneSpan Inc. is seeking a Revenue Operations Business Applications Manager to own the wiring and enablement infrastructure for the GTM organization, ensuring seamless data flows across Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and related tools.

You will lead tool implementation, design data models and automation, and maintain admin documentation while partnering with IT/Engineering on system design for evolving sales processes. Strong knowledge of Excel and AI-day workflows is essential.

Qualifications

5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Systems.
Deep hands-on Salesforce experience: data model, automation, integrations.
Experience implementing and integrating GTM tools (Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Experience building and maintaining knowledge bases or enablement content platforms.
Strong written communication for technical docs and training content.
Advanced Excel for structured data work (formulas, pivot tables).
Actively uses AI tools to improve daily workflows.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end configuration and integration across the GTM tech stack, ensuring clean data flow.
Lead technical implementation of new tools, including configuration, integration, and health monitoring.
Maintain documentation: system-of-record maps, integration diagrams, and admin runbooks.
